Pete will be presenting the poster C099: Initial Efforts to Discover Novel PRMT6 Inhibitors via AI-Driven Design and Synthesis, describing how Enki™ AI-guided drug design within the Enamine REAL Space enabled the rapid identification of a novel class of allosteric PRMT6 inhibitors. The new lead series has the potential for further optimization to identify a potential therapeutic treatment for spinal bulbar muscular atrophy, a rare disease under investigation by Agora Open Science Trust and Structural Genomics Consortium.
